The Mortgage/Home Equity Loan Officer (Outbound Member Recapture) is responsible for generating new loans by assisting members with their mortgage or home equity lending needs. In this role, the Mortgage/Home Equity Loan Officer will utilize data sources and other available resources to make outbound phone calls to capture member mortgages or home equity loans currently with other institutions. This individual will analyze loan requests and communicate credit decisions based on mortgage/home equity lending policy.
