    SEG Benefits

    Once you become an SEG partner, we work together to develop a plan that best fits your organization and employee needs. We partner with a representative from the benefits, facilities, and/or human resources department at your company.

    Enrollment

    Freedom Credit Union representatives make onsite visits to meet with your employees, discuss the value of our credit union, and start the application process. We also create customized marketing materials to communicate with your employees throughout the year.

     

    Sponsorship and Event Participation

    As a partner, our goal is to be part of your community. We’d love to sponsor or participate in any of your local events and activities, such as company picnics, holiday bazaars, benefits, fairs and employee appreciation days.

     

    Special Promotions

    Freedom can offer your employees special incentives for credit union products. We’ll work with you to develop programs that benefit the specific goals of your organization, such as offering monetary incentives for direct deposit enrollment.

     

     

    Financial Education

    Freedom is committed to the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.” We provide subject matter experts and offer seminars on a variety of topics to help your employees understand key financial issues. We are also happy to provide content for newsletters or workshops.

     

    New Hire Orientation

    We supply you with applications and information to be included in your new hire packets. Our Business Development Officer is also available to present about the SEG partnership at new hire orientations to explain how Freedom can help employees reach their financial goals.
